Late Shows: Our drivers provide courtesy calls prior to arrival and will wait for 15 minutes from the scheduled pickup time.  If the member is over 15 minutes late, we will contact the facility and attempt to reschedule our next available driver.
Cancellation Policy: We request at least a 24 hour advance notice for any trip cancellations.

* Wait time rate: For roundtrips with drop-off locations over 20 miles from our office locations that require over 15 minutes of wait time, a wait time rate of $30.00 per hour billed at 30-minute increments applies.
** Surcharge rate: For trips with pick-up addresses over 15 miles from our office locations, for each mile over 20, a surcharge rate of $1.00 per mile applies.
